 Method of use

• L1 is dosed and added on sits by a liquid dispensing system for wet process.
• L1 is added at the spray nozzle and start to function in the second or so that the concrete takes to reach the substrate.
• For dry process, L1 must be introduced in to water ring or pre-blended with mix water.

 Dosage

• L1 is normally dosed at rate of 2% – 8% by mass of cementitious materials.
• Dosages will vary depending on desired acceleration, ambient conditions, cement used and W/C ratio.
• Field testing is recommended to ensure proper  performance.

Compatibility

• L1 can be used with other SHIMISAKHTEMAN admixtures such as:
• FARSIZAL AIR as an air entraining agent for improving the workability and reduction the segregation and bleeding.
• L1 can be mixed with steel FARCOFLBER to replace steel mesh or fibrin (pp fiber) to reduce shrinkage cracks.
• SHIMISAKHTEMAN plasticizers or super- plasticizers in order to reduce the water content.
• Do not mix with other accelerators.

Packaging

FARCOCRET-L1 is supplied in 25kg gallons and 250kg drums.

Storage

Protect from direct sunlight, heat and frost.

If L1 freezes, thaw at 20°c or above and reconstitute with mechanical agitation. Minimum storage temperature is 3°c and maximum is 50°c

Shelf life

1 year in original, unopened package.

Safety and Handling Precautions

Be cautious not to contact with skin, eyes, nose mouth, if splashed, flush immediately with plenty of clean water. Use suitable protective gloves and goggles.
