FARCOTEK AL10

Uses

• Dust proof coating on concrete floors and walls.
• As a sealer on artificial and natural stones, brick and concrete
• As a water proofer and glossy sealer on wood, parquets and travertine stones

Advantages

• One component liquid, easy to apply by brush or spray
• Contains water, not hazardous
• High adhesion properties and penetrating power due to small sizes of particles to the tiny voids and pores of the substrate and stabilize the loose particles and avoid to make dus.

Instruction for Use

Surface Preparation

• The surface must be clean, dry and free of any contaminant or coating which may interfere with the penetration of FARCOTEK AL10.
• The new placed concrete should be cured for at least 28 days before treatment.

Application

Due to high viscosity of AL10, it can be diluted with water with different ratios.

As a Façade Coating:

As a sealer for stone, brick and concrete surfaces, Dilute AL10 (1 liter AL10: 1.5-2.5 liter Water).  Apply the prepared solution by brush or spray in 2 layers with 8 hours interval.

• As a Floor Coating:

As a sealer for stone, mosaic or parquet, dilute AL10 as above and pour a small amount on a previously cleaned surface and rub gently with a clean damped cloth. It is recommended; firstly apply it on a small area as a trial.

• Do not use on glazed, very dense surfaces or over ceramics.
• Do not apply if rain or heavy fog is likely within 8 to 12 hours after application.
• The sealer is not intended to seal floors exposed to underground water.
• Do not apply AL10 to frost filled or frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply below 5°C.

Clean-Up

Clean up tools and equipment with water prior to drying.
