FARCOTEK P7

Uses

• Interior or exterior horizontal concrete
• Food storage areas, Warehouse floors, office and multi-residential buildings
• As a dust proofer glossy coating on concrete Walls

Advantages

• No solvent vapors when applying
• Colorless transparent liquid with a little glossy appearance
• Effective dust proofer
• P7 stabilizes the surface by penetrating into the weekend areas and porosities of the substrate and improve the cohesion of the particles, therefore reduction the breakup and dust creation.
• Low viscous liquid, enable to penetrate into the porosities

Instruction for Use

Surface Preparation

• The concrete surface must be clean, dry and free of any contaminant or coating which may interfere with the penetration of FARCO TEK P7.
• The new placed concrete should be cured for at least 28 days before treatment.

• Remove any laitance and loose materials from the substrate then repair the areas with polymer modified mortars (SA12 or SA46) according to their datasheets.
• In case of thin places for repair, Apply FARCOTOP50 (KASMATIK) in combination with SA12 or SA46.

Mixing

Add 2 parts water to 1 part P7 and stir well until homogenous mixture is achieved.

Application

The prepared P7 can be applied by Brush or spray, 2 layers is recommended with 12 hours interval.

Do not traffic before 24 hours.
