Applications

Uses FARCOCURE HR,WB can be used on both interior and exterior, concrete floors, sidewalks, pavements, driveways and runways.

FARCOCURE HR,WB (white) is suitable for large exterior surfaces, which has better performance in sunray reflection and avoid the increase of the internal temperature of concrete.

Advantages

• high moisture retention for optimum cure
• No negative reaction with cement and reduction the durability, when applied as recommended in thin layer
• Reduces the permeability of the concrete
• The HR and HR white membrane begins to chemically break down after 7 days of application due to oxidation and UV.
• Controlling the internal temperature of concrete by white types.

Method of Use

• FARCOCURE is ready to use and no need to mix with other materials, for optimum performance, gentle mixing or agitation is recommended.
• Apply in a uniform film to horizontal surfaces as soon as the surface water disappears and the surface will not be marred by walking workmen. On vertical surfaces, apply promptly after the forms are removed. FARCOCURE may be applied with a typical commercial hand or power sprayer or brush.
• The consumption is 180 to 200 ml per m2.
• Do not apply it when the concrete is bleeding and wait until the surface water is evaporated.
• Clean the tools after application.

Remarks

• FARCOCURE should be protected from rain and traffic until the membrane has completely dried out.
• If any decorative or protective coatings is going to be applied on the treated surfaces the membrane residue must completely removed by sand blasting, water blasting or washing with solvents.
